Dr. Jacqueline Williams is the passionate force behind Care 4 His Creation. With over a decade of dedication to faith-based counseling, advocacy work, and community restoration, Dr.Jacqueline leads with compassion, integrity, and purpose.
Her Journey
Raised in a community where many faced emotional trauma, Dr.Jacqueline developed deep empathy and a calling to serve. She pursued formal training in counseling, mediation, and restorative practices—combining professional expertise with spiritual grounding. Over the years, she has worked closely with survivors of domestic violence, individuals mandated to rehabilitative programs, and youth in need of emotional support.
Her Vision & Mission
As Owner, Dr.Jacqueline’s guiding philosophy is simple: restore dignity, rebuild hope, and empower transformation. She believes every person is uniquely “His creation” — worthy of respect, care, and opportunity. Under her leadership, Care 4 His Creation combines evidence-based techniques, faith-centered care, and practical services (from life coaching to job readiness) to deliver holistic restoration.

Founder & Lead Counselor
Dr. Bettye Anderson, a former cardiologist, has dedicated her life to service beyond medicine. Together with her daughter, Dr. Pamela Jones, she co-founded The House of Ruth in Shalamar Garden, a safe haven providing housing and life-skills training for at-risk youth. Their vision empowered young people with the tools to build stronger futures and break cycles of hardship.
In recognition of her community impact, Dr. Anderson was honored as Woman of the Year in 2010 for the 47th Assembly District. Both she and Dr. Jones continue to bring collaborative leadership, advocacy for the marginalized, and a deep well of experience in law enforcement and probation.
Today, they are the proud owners of 4 Real Solutions 4 Real Life Problems, where they remain committed to equipping individuals and families with practical strategies for overcoming life’s challenges.
